Refund Policy

At TradeSimple, operated by SimpleWorks Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for our subscription plans.
7-Day Free Trial
Every new TradeSimple account includes a 7-day free trial with full access to our features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account will be converted to a limited-access state at the end of the trial with no charge.
Subscription Billing
TradeSimple offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless you cancel before renewal.
- Monthly plans renew every month from the subscription start date.
- Annual plans renew every year from the subscription start date.
- You will receive a receipt via email after each successful payment.
Digital Product - No Refunds
Because TradeSimple is a digital subscription service with instant access to all features upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Monthly subscription payments that have already been charged.
- Annual subscription payments after the first 14 days (see exception below).
- Partially used subscription periods.
- Unused time remaining on a subscription after cancellation.
14-Day Exception for Annual Plans
As a goodwill gesture, we offer a 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions only. If you purchase an annual plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment by contacting our support team at support@tradesimple.co. This exception does not apply to annual renewal payments.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
- Log in to your TradeSimple account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Select Cancel subscription.
After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your account reverts to the trial-expired state.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment according to Stripe's standard retry schedule (typically 3-4 retries over 1-2 weeks). If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and your account will be reverted to the trial-expired state until a successful payment is made.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly at support@tradesimple.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will respond to all disputes within 2 business days and work to resolve any billing issue fairly. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price change will apply only to future billing cycles, never to already-paid periods. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase affecting your subscription.
